It’s NEVER ENDING! Norwex Laundry Superstars to the RESCUE

OHHHH…. It’s a serious never-ending cycle of dirty clothes, towels, and so much more at the Eckel household!! With the pool, 4 boys, hubby, a dog, a fish, chickens, the ranch… I feel like we always have a pile of laundry waiting to go in next. Fortunately, we have an HE washer, so it’s not using as much water, and I am incredibly thankful for all the environment-friendly options that Norwex has to offer to help me through ALL of our LAUNDRY! Today, we are going to take a look at ALL things LAUNDRY and how NORWEX has come to my RESCUE with all the Norwex Laundry Superstars Line-up!

Norwex Laundry Superstar #1: Ultra Power Plus Powder Detergent!

OK, you likely know that I have been using the Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent powder for YEARS. Yes, I truly love it. Thankfully, it is biodegradable, plant and mineral based, and free of those nasty chemicals that are harming our bodies & our environment. It comes in a package (scoop included) for $31.99 (2.2lbs), for roughly 100 HE washes, or 66 conventional – one bag truly goes a long way. And it’s SO multi-functional. For one example, we like to dilute 1/2 teaspoon in hot water and use it to cut through residue on stainless steel appliances.

Norwex Laundry Superstar #2: Enzyme-baesd Liquid Detergent!

Next up, the Liquid Laundry Detergent! Goodness, this bottle is a powerhouse of laundry magic! It is 10 times more concentrated than most other leading brands! From one bottle, ($39.99 for 15.6 fl. oz), you will get enough pumps for about 230 HE or 115 conventional washes! This special enzyme-based detergent works in ALL water temps and on most fabric types. Also, Norwex made it in lavender scent in their limited-edition catalog, so hoping that comes back!

Really, you almost have to see it to believe it! At first, I had a really hard time with how little is used in the premeasured pumps in my HE machine – it just did not seem it would be enough. But, we have been thrilled with the results! The enzymes work powerfully to break down dirt, stains, sweat, grime and all the things. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. In particular, we love this on extra stinky loads. Occasionally I’ll combine a teaspoon of the UPP Powder and 1 pump of the liquid- works fabulously.

Norwex Laundry Superstar #3: Microfiber Cleaner Laundry Booster!

Another laundry superstar, our Microfiber Cleaner Laundry Booster! Wow, this one SHINES at deep-cleaning your Norwex microfiber, as well as boosting extra dirty loads. Frequently, I hear from my farmer & mechanic customers (or their wives) that this helps break through all the farm gunk. For most households, you won’t need it often, BUT when you DO use it, you’ll be so glad you have it. Next, I’ll include how to use it to deep clean your Norwex cloths. Conveniently, this is a powerful formula helps beat the toughest stains and odors in extra dirty loads.

In addition to these, three NEW laundry items were released in our latest catalog. Next, let me cover what I’m loving about those.

NEW Norwex Laundry Superstars on the block!

Admittely, I was a doubter on the new Eco-Wash Laundry Detergent Strips. How can all the Norwex goodness be in this tiny, little strip? Seriously. But Norwex did it. These USDA-certified strips are PERFECT for travel, camping, college kids, backpacking, and more. Full of plant-based power, it provides a powerful cleaning blast! Mini but mighty, incredibly biodegradable, containing no harmful ingredients.

How to use the Norwex Laundry Strips? So glad you asked. For a super large load, use 2 strips. Regular large load, one strip. For a small or lightly-soiled load, use just 1/2 sheet. Put it in the washer drum, then add your clothes and was as usual. That’s it.

Surprisingly, since I typically do not like much fragrance, I’ve found the scent delightful (and safe!). Oh, and these work fabulously on washing bedsheets! The Fresh Blossom scent lingered and left them feeling soft.

Currently, these are available in flat cardboard packaging and are super easy to toss into your bag for travel. In each package, there are 36 strips, and they are $31.99. With soft water, you can likely move toward using 1/2 sheet in most average loads, giving you 72 loads per package.

Bright & White Laundry & Home Booster

Also, new to Norwex is Bright and White Laundry + Home Booster with Oxygen & Enzymes. Wowza, that’s a big name! And, what does it mean? Let me tell you…Think BLEACH but better!

This amazing little powder has many different uses! The combination of active oxygen and 4 different types of enzymes helps keep your whites white, while also deep cleaning around your house. I like to dilute this in a Norwex Forever Spray Bottle to clean grout! It is great to have a safe alternative to bleach. For laundry, I would recommend using less than a scoop and put into the dispenser rather than directly on the clothes.

And last, but not least of the new items in our Laundry lineup is the Laundry Stain Remover.  The liquid-based stain remover has 5 different enzymes that work with all water temperatures to push out all the toughest stains. I am floored that it is biodegradable and works on gentler items (pls always follow your garment care instructions and test a small, inconspicuous area first).

I prefer to DILUTE it in a Forever Spray Bottle with some of our Degreaser, which will definitely make your product last longer. I’ll share my recipe!
