Norwex Love for our Pawsome Family Members

When I talk with people about our pawsome family members, along with how much we love them, the conversation about the “messes” often comes up. Whether it’s the muddy paw prints, nose art on the window, pet hair that seems to find its way EVERYWHERE, or the accident they had on the carpet, I want safe, pet-friendly cleaning solutions. Solutions that make the clean-up EASIER, FASTER, SAFER, and CHEAPER.

We want to LESSEN the clean-up less hassle, so we are able to spend more special time with them and be raving about how much we love them!

I am guessing my fellow fur baby parents might feel the same way. Let’s talk about the NORWEX LOVE for our pawsome family members!

When I was first on this journey of creating a safer, healthier home for our family, I knew I also needed “clean up” solutions for Pepper as well. It is known that pet cancer is on the rise, and some people believe it is from the chemicals they are exposed to in the home. Chemicals in their pet shampoos. In the air fresheners plugged into the wall. In the cleaning chemicals and residue left behind on the floors. Since we love our fur babies, it’s important to know how Norwex can help create a safer home for them, too. Here’s a few of my personal recommendations:

Pet Towel and Pet Mitt

1. The Norwex Pet Towel comes in graphite and is perfect to wrap your pawsome family member up after their bath. The microfiber is incredibly soft, and incredibly absorbent. What I truly LOVE and I have never seen before on a pet towel, is that there are two built in pockets for your hands to go in when drying your dog after its bath.

These pockets are very handy to help hold  your wet dog still while you are drying them. The towel also has the Norwex BacLock Technology just like all our other microfiber towels, so you know that your pup is getting the same amazing product that you are using after your showers.

2. The Norwex Pet Mitt pairs well with the Pet Towel, but it can be used either wet or dry. I love the versatility! If you use it wet, it will lift the dirt while you are washing your pup and its soft microfiber feels great against their body.

When I use it dry, I have used it to help get Pepper’s paws clean of mud when she comes inside after a storm, or I will use kind of like a brush, to calm down her fur and clean it out. She LOVES it.  A unique quality to the Pet Mitt is that Norwex as stitched between each of the fingers, so you really feel like you are wearing a glove, and it gives you some extra control.

3. The Carpet Stain Remover – In my opinion, this is the BEST product to remove pet stains from my rugs and carpets. Accidents happen, and our enzyme based cleaner gets into the fibers to break down stains and odors. Pepper has made many messes in my house – from accidents to muddy paws – and this has worked every time. Simply spray a small amount on the stain, let it sit for a few minutes and use the microfiber cloth to dab the mess until lifted.
