Norwex Your Bathroom!

Bathrooms!  Your favorite room to clean, right?  How can you do it without annihilating yourself with harmful fumes and chemicals?

Enter Norwex!!  I want to share some Norwex Bathroom Cleaning Tips!

What you’ll need:
1 Enviro Cloth
1 Polishing Cloth
1 Pink Bathroom Scrub Mitt
1 Sanira Toilet System
1 Blue Diamond All-Purpose BR Cleaner (opt.)

If hard water is part of your bathroom-cleaning-challenge, then add:
1 Norwex Descaler
1 toilet pumice stone

And if you prefer NOT to clean floors on your hands and knees, then you’ll be thrilled with our:
1 Norwex Large Superior Mop System
1 Rubber Brush

OK, ready?    With Norwex we primarily clean with just water and a a Norwex Antibac* Enviro Cloth!  But in the bathroom, you’ll also want to have a couple of our specialty cleaners on hand!

First rule of thumb: clean cleanest (i.e. mirror) to dirtiest (i.e. toilet).  So first clean the mirror (be sure to use the dry Norwex Window Cloth to polish up the mirror and anything else that shines immediately after deep cleaning it with the Enviro!) Then on to the sink, faucet, vanity with a damp Enviro cloth.  Once you’ve done this deep cleaning around the sink, you can clean any additional areas before finishing up wiping down the toilet.   (At our house, the yellow Enviros have a very special job… cleaning up after 4 adorable little guys around the toilet!!  If you’ve raised boys, you may know why we chose yellow… sometimes aim comes secondary to distractions.  LOL)

Now obviously, you won’t want to clean *inside* your toilet with an Enviro cloth- so that’s where the Sanira Toilet System comes in!  Read my post HERE for more details on the Sanira.  It will leave your toilet smelling fresh, but not “chemical”.  For a bit deeper clean, first pour in a half-gallon of water to lower the toilet bowl water level.  Directly apply either the Sanira solution, the Blue Diamond Bathroom Cleaner, or spray with Descaler– let set 5-10 minutes, and then finish cleaning with the Sanira brush (or a toilet pumice stone combined with Descaler  can be especially helpful for getting rid of the mysterious toilet ring!)

OK- so what about the shower/ tub?  The pink Bathroom Scrub Mitt is perfect to hang inside your shower for a quick wipe-down after a shower.  And it does amazing things when used with just water!!  But many or our customers are loving the Blue Diamond cleaner in combination with the Bathroom Scrub Mitt for shining and cleaning the shower.  If you have more hard water, you’ll want to consider the Descaler.

And the wrap up with a quick mopping with our amazing Norwex mop system!  It makes floor cleaning SO easy.  And we are loving the new Norwex Tile Mop Pad (used wet on tile and vinyl)!!  The mop is nice sized to cover the area quickly, yet it maneuvers easily beside and behind most toilets!!  You’ll love it!!

So, it’s hard to put it into words, but believe me, you’ll have your bathroom deep cleaned faster than ever before!!  Oh, and one more quick tip before I sign off:  if the toilet area is getting a bit stinky… try spraying our Norwex Mattress Cleaner around the area.  The enzymes do a wonderful job of “cleaning up”!  🙂
